Customer Support Specialist

Fresh graduate or graduating can apply Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a professional, timely, and courteous manner. Provide clear and accurate information related to basic technical concerns. Assist in troubleshooting common technical and system-related issues with guidance and training provided. Maintain and manage multiple email and call inquiries efficiently. Work closely with team members to improve support processes and customer satisfaction. Follow up with customers to ensure concerns are properly resolved. Requirements: Education: Newly graduated students or high school/college graduates are welcome to apply. Experience: No prior work experience required; training will be provided. Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain information clearly and politely. Basic Technical Skills: Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office or support tools. Problem-Solving Mindset: Willingness to learn and able to handle customer concerns patiently. Attention to Detail: Able to manage multiple tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
